FAQ

Straight Answers.

The questions homeowners actually ask, answered the way we'd answer them on your porch.

Do I need a full replacement or will a repair hold?

Depends on the age of the roof and how widespread the damage is. A roof with one bad section and plenty of life left is usually worth repairing. If we can repair it, we'll say so.

What does a free inspection actually include?

We get on the roof, check the decking, flashing, valleys, boots, and ventilation, photograph anything we find, and give you a written report. No cost and no obligation.

Do you work with insurance claims?

Yes. We inspect, document the damage in writing and photos, and meet your adjuster on site so nothing gets overlooked. Your insurance company decides coverage and what you owe.

What areas do you serve?

Jacksonville and Onslow County are our core, and we work across Eastern North Carolina from Wilmington to New Bern. Projects as far as Raleigh by request.

What does an estimate cost?

Nothing. Inspections and written estimates are free, and there's no obligation either way.

What warranty comes with the work?

Two things cover your roof. The materials carry the manufacturer's warranty, and because we're a GAF Certified contractor installing to their standards, that coverage holds. Our own workmanship warranty covers the installation, and its terms come to you in writing with your estimate so you can read them before you commit to anything.

How long does a roof replacement take?

It depends on the size and complexity of your roof and on the weather window. What we can tell you up front: you get a firm schedule in writing with your estimate, and we never leave your home exposed overnight.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes, 10% off for the military community. Mention it when we talk and we'll build it into your estimate.

Can I finance a new roof?

Yes. Financing is available for qualified homeowners through the GreenSky program: 0% APR for 36 months, 6.99% for 60 months, or 10.99% for 120 months. All plans are subject to credit approval, and the lender decides which plan you qualify for.

Are you licensed and insured?

We're fully insured, a GAF Certified contractor, and accredited with the BBB of Eastern Carolinas. North Carolina does not require a state contractor license for residential roofing at this scope.
