Our instant estimator gives you a ballpark price range based only on the answers you provide. It is not a quote, bid, offer, or contract, and it does not obligate Shoreline Roofing & Restoration, LLC("Shoreline," "we," "us") to perform work at any price shown. Actual pricing depends on an on-site inspection and is binding only when set out in a written agreement signed by both you and Shoreline.

Estimates assume the information you enter is accurate. Roof measurements derived from your answers are approximations. Conditions found on site, such as rotten decking, hidden layers, or structural problems, can change the price. Storm damage and repair requests are routed to a free inspection instead of a price precisely because no calculator can price them honestly.

For storm work we inspect your roof, photograph and document the damage, give you a written report, and can meet your insurance company's adjuster on site. Your insurance company decides what is covered and what you owe. We do not file, adjust, negotiate, or manage your claim, and nothing we say is a promise about coverage, your deductible, or your out-of-pocket cost.

By submitting a form you ask us to contact you about your request. If you check the consent box, you agree we may reach you by phone call and text message at the number you provide, including by automated means, about that request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Financing is offered by third-party lenders through the GreenSky® consumer loan program, is subject to credit approval, and actual rates, terms, and availability vary by applicant. Shoreline is not a lender and makes no credit decisions.

Any monthly payment figure shown anywhere on this site is an estimate for reference only, calculated from a representative fixed-rate plan (10.99% APR, 120 months). Your actual payment depends on the plan you qualify for and the final contract price.

Our military discount applies to the project price on work we perform and is applied when your written estimate is prepared. It cannot be applied retroactively to completed work, so tell us before your estimate is finalized.

Customer reviews shown on this site are real, quoted from our public Google Business profile, and unedited except for shortening at a sentence boundary. Project photographs are of work our crews performed. We do not use stock photography to represent our own work.

Nothing here limits rights you have under North Carolina law that cannot be waived, and nothing here affects the terms of a signed contract for work, which control over these terms.

These terms are governed by North Carolina law. We may update them from time to time; the effective date above reflects the current version. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
