Storm Damage and Insurance Claims

Damaged in a Storm? Start With Documentation.

A thorough inspection report is the most useful thing you can have when you contact your insurance company. We document; your carrier and their adjuster determine what is covered and what you owe.

How It Works

  1. 1

    Free inspection

We get on the roof and photograph every bit of wind, hail, or hurricane damage we find. Full documentation, no cost.

  2. 2

    Written report

You get a clear, photo-backed report of the damage. It's yours to keep, and to give your insurance company if you decide to file a claim.

  3. 3

    Meet the adjuster

If you file, we'll be on your roof when your carrier's adjuster is, so nothing gets missed or misread. Coverage decisions belong to your carrier.

  4. 4

    Build it back

Once the scope is set, we do the work to GAF standards, clean up completely, and walk the finished roof with you.

Why No Calculator Can Price Storm Work

With a storm claim, the scope of covered work is set by your insurance company's adjuster, not by a contractor's estimate. Any number we showed you up front would be a guess dressed up as a price. So we don't; we inspect and document first.

What you owe depends on your policy, your deductible, and your carrier's coverage decision. Those answers come from your insurance company. What we can promise is that the damage on your roof gets found, photographed, and written down properly.

After a big storm, out of state crews flood the area and disappear when the season ends. We're based in Jacksonville, and we're here after the work too.
